Important dates
For those of you who are not sure whether you can travel, our advice is to submit an abstract, register and book a hotel before August 19. You can then wait till Sept 17 to make a final decision. Cancelling your registration prior to Sept 17 has a minimal penalty ($9.50).
July 19 2021. Registration Opens. (Individual guest cancellations must be received by the Conference Services Office in writing. If the cancellation is received by the Conference Services on or before Friday, September 17, 2021, the full payment will be returned, less a $9.50 nonrefundable Conference Registration fee.)
August 19, 2021. Abstract Submission Deadline. (There is no charge for submitting or withdrawing an abstract. Abstract acceptances will be sent out on a rolling basis.)
August 25, 2021. College Inn block booking no longer restricted to graduate students and postdocs. (Hotel space is limited in Seattle, so we strongly recommend booking hotels early.)
August 30, 2021. Talk acceptances will be sent out.
August 31, 2021. Group block booking rates at the College Inn and the Graduate Hotel are no longer valid. (If you have trouble booking a hotel please contact the conference organizers, and avoid hotels on Aurora Ave for safety reasons.)
September 17, 2021. Registration form deadline/Registration Cancellation deadline/College Inn Reservation cancellation deadline. Registration form deadline: Registration forms will be processed on a space-available basis and are subject to a Late Registration Fee of $45.00. Registration Cancellation deadline: No refunds will be issued after this date. College Inn Reservation cancellation deadline: One night charge + Tax.
September 27th, 2021. Graduate Hotel Reservation Cancellation deadline. Reservations at the Graduate Hotel can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
