Info for Presenters

Invited Speakers

1. Invited talks are 20 minutes in length with 5 minutes for questions

2. At the end of every invited session there is a 20 minute panel discussion that will be moderated by a senior and junior moderator

3. We are anticipating that everyone will bring their own laptop to present but if that is not the case let us know and we can make other arrangements.

4. Please do come and test your talk prior to your invited session so there is time to iron out any problems with video playback etc.

Times for testing your talk – Thursday 24th 5pm-6pm -

                                            Friday / Sat /Sun  8am – 9am + coffee breaks and lunchtime

5. To help you find your way to the auditorium on Thursday and Friday we will have volunteers in blue T-shirts outside Helen Wood Hall to point you in the right direction. 

Contributed Talks

Poster Presentations

Please prepare your presentation as a Portrait Style Poster. The maximum size is 3 x 5 ft.

Please plan to put your poster up on the posterboard with your number on it between 8am and 9am on Friday 25th September. There will be a handout with the numbered poster list at the registration desk. The dedicated poster session will be on Friday morning but posters will be displayed throughout the meeting.
